 Ingredients :

3 lb tender beef

one onion chopped

salt and pepper

1/4 tsp ginger

2 eggs beaten

1 1/2 cup milk scaled and cooled

little suet

1 cup bread crumb

cream

 

 
 How to Prepare :

put meat through the meat grinder 3 times. add onion salt, pepper, ginger, eggs, milk, suet and bread crumbs.work with hands into a smooth creamy loaf. form into balls and fry in butter. if you want these   to be really round, put formed balls into skillet and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
